Springtime family shot.

Ready to ride the open range.

As pictures go, there are better...as smiles go, there are none better.

Christopher had his 3 month photos taken (a little late) last week. Here he is in his Easter outfit.

Happy Easter to all from Christopher!

Christopher got his first ball cap this week. Notice the bill is the FRONT. Damn right.

This is one of the many beautiful views Christopher enjoyed while in Seattle. That was the view from his window at the Waid's (very nice people with whom we stayed and to whom we are very grateful!) Christopher awoke in the middle of one night and the full moon was hanging low just over the mountains and shining across the water. He lay there for the longest while just staring at it. It was facinating to watch. He discovered the moon AND his own toes the same week. Things are happening fast!

Big boy shoes. Killin' me.

Here we have young Christopher in the early preparations for his first vacation. Ultimately he was allowed to travel coach instead of luggage.

Okay, there's some catching up to do. Christopher made a specific point of celebrating St. Patrick's Day. It was kind of a shout out to his Grandpa.

He looks just like his granddaddy. Which one, you ask? Either really. They all seem to end up in that same spot looking just like that. Not only that, since he has been rolling so much he's worn all the hair off the back and sides of his head, just like his granddaddies.

Ok, so, tomorrow is his 3 month birthday. Guess who started rolling over front-to-back and back-to-front more than 2 weeks ago (very early). Guess who started reaching out and grasping things this past week. (Of course, we've always assumed that he was genius, but now there's proof!). That also means he's going to be a handful a lot quicker.

New Posts...Yea!!!

We're SO sorry it's taken so long to update. The last couple of weeks have been...horrible. First, mommy was in San Francisco for a solid week at a seminar which meant daddy and boy were cool bachelor dudes all alone. That was darn hard work. Then last weekend I was the sickest I've ever been, followed the next night by mommy being the sickest she's ever been. CPF2 however managed to escape the weekend unscathed (for you Harry Potter fans out there, he really is "the boy who lived" because we were both completely pounded).
